Scott Hartwig graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1991. Upon graduation, he worked three years for the Missouri Pharmacy Association as Director of Professional Services and three years as a sales representative for Geneva Pharmaceuticals covering the states of Missouri and Kansas. He joined Red Cross Pharmacy in 1998 and presides as CEO (and co-owner) of Red Cross Pharmacy, Inc.

Scott's primary responsibilities include overseeing corporate operations, financial operations, strategic planning, vendor relations/negotiations, third party issues and pharmacy acquisitions.

Matt Hartwig graduated from University of Missouri Kansas City with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1992. Upon graduation, Matt began purchasing Don's Pharmacy in Excelsior Springs. Matt joined Red Cross Pharmacy in 1998 bringing his pharmacy under the Red Cross Pharmacy, Inc. umbrella and presides as President (and co-owner) of the organization.

Matt's primary responsibilities include overseeing pharmacist professional affairs, pharmacy operations, pharmacist staffing, scheduling and recruitment, pharmacy workflow and medication therapy management programs.
